BWNR’S Progressive Rock Show Comes To Primetime

BWNR announces the primetime edition of “Progressively Indie”

In 2019 BWNR created the progressive rock show as a daytime program due to the popularity of the genre in Europe. After two years, because the show has grown in strength and number of bands on the station now, it will be moved to 9pm CT USA starting April 29th following the syndicated show “ZipCodeZero”. Plans are for it to be a 2hr show. There will also be a rebroadcast of the show for our European friends and fans on Saturdays at 2pm CT USA(London-8pm).

“We have always aired the genre on BWNR since the beginning but have never received enough of it to support a weekly program.”, said Cliff Broyhill, Owner/Operations Director.

“Basically, most of what we have received over the past 7 years came from the fantastically supportive ProgRock label in Ireland, Progressive Gears & several bands including Apostle, Machines Dream, Naryan and Hat’s Off Gentlemen It’s Adequate who by the way have been on the station almost since we went online.”, he added. (Editor’s Note: HOGIA is a charter member of the BWNR Hall of Fame which was created in 2019)
