What We Need From You
All of the information listed below MUST be embedded in the audio file in order to be considered for airplay by the BWNR Submission Team. If any information is missing, the song will not be added to The BandWagon Radio Network library for airplay. The submitted song’s filename should be clear as to the name of the artist and the song title. This is the format you should use wherever you submit your music: Artist Name-Song Title-Album Name.MP3.
Artist BIOS & Social Media Links are important. You can also include links to your official fan groups/communities on Facebook. We do not accept Spotify or Apple Music links.
Accepted Audio File Format
BWNR uses a commercial broadcasting software so we only accept MP3 files that have a 320bps bit rate. We do not accept WAV or Apple’s MP4 formats.
The following information MUST be embedded in the audio file
We are a 24/7 licensed radio station originating in the US. We submit reports to Sound Exchange each month for performance royalty payments. That is why we have strict requirements for submitters. If you do not have the knowledge of how to embed this information into your audio files, we can do it for a small fee. The fee is used to pay for our license to broadcast and does not pay for salaries or any other expenses related to running the station.
We will return a copy of the file with the embedded information and STRONGLY encourage you to use it to send to online streamers, other radio stations and syndicated shows. The information in your file allows automated song airplay software to track it for many charts including Billboard because of how our software sends it to the internet.

- Album (if single, embed song title)
- Label (leave blank if no label)
- ISRC (Required for airplay on BWNR)
- An image file(3000x3000px) of the song’s artwork (it will be displayed on the app and in the browser when it airs).
